We walked instead of running this morning... those boys are BEASTS in the morning! It takes 30 days to build a new habit, right? We did four miles though, tomorrow short run - Wednesday was supposed to be a day of rest, but we took that on Sunday!! :-) I think our plan is to run every other day and do strength training/endurance in between. Still tweaking to figure out what works best! But since our little 'calendar' says we're supposed to be up to two miles next week... oy. Aiming for a 5k at the end of July.
